Proposal to Make College Education Free

Nov 21, 2011

Drexel Triangle – According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the unemployment rate among high-school graduates is 9.7%, more than double the 4.2% rate of those with at least a bachelor’s degree. Despite the high cost of college and the possibility of taking on student loans, higher education remains the best path to economic success. Given that the United States is facing a shortage of college graduates, proposals are being floated to make a college education free for all those that want it. Of course, RSC and plenty of other college prep experts don’t expect such measures to pass, meaning the higher education remains as competitive and expensive as ever. Find ways to maximize your financial aid to reduce your total cost of college. Graduating with as little debt as possible adds to your economic success. For more, visit Financial Aid Information.
