Comprehensive Financial Aid & Paperwork Service

The RSC Financial Aid and Paperwork Service

Filing for financial aid is as confusing, time-consuming and aggravating as filing your tax returns.  But RSC offers an alternative.  We actually complete all the forms for you.  Not just the federal aid form, but all state and institutional forms, the CSS Profile form, Student Aid Report., verification forms and all others.  In the past twenty years, we have helped many thousands of students in all 50 states.

The role of the FAFSA preparer was codified by Congress in the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008. Like filing your taxes, the FAFSA can be filed for free via paper or electronic forms without professional assistance at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Many people, however, choose to use a FAFSA preparer, just like a tax preparer, to provide advice, consultation, and review of their important FAFSA application.

Not only is this a convenience, but more importantly it ensures that all forms are filed accurately and on time.  Just like a good CPA can help you lower your income taxes, we show you how to maximize your eligibility for financial aid.  We help you get every penny possible.  Last year, our appeal letters alone got our students a total of more than $1,000,000 in additional aid.

This package includes all of the features in our Career & College Prep Program, plus we will...

We will guide you through the entire process from beginning to end, and whenever possible, actually do all of the work for you.  You'll enjoy the peace of mind knowing that an entire staff of friendly financial aid experts are just a toll free phone call away.

8th and 9th graders:  It's probably too early for you to enroll in the advanced program, but our College Prep Program is perfect for you.  Click here to learn more.

The 10th grade is the ideal time to start:
Financial planning is extremely time sensitive as it applies to financial aid.  There may be strategies, such as moving assets or taking capital gains income that need to be implemented now.  By December of your junior year, you're in your base year (the base year is the time period that all of your aid calculations will be based upon), and it's too late to take advantage of these strategies.  Waiting another year to get started won't save you a penny, but could cost you thousands!

Juniors and Seniors:
You’re running out of time to boost your SAT scores, pick colleges, and put together a knockout resume. The mad scramble comes fast as college deadlines and financial aid cut-offs fly at you. The financial aid forms are as confusing and can be more complicated than filing tax returns. Last year, our appeal letters earned our students over $1,000,000.00 in additional aid. We begin gathering the data necessary to complete your forms during the summer between your junior and senior year so you'll have your FAFSA ready to file immediately following the 1st of January.  College based financial aid is distributed on a first come, first served bases.  Be first in line!
