Every year we get a list of Top Party Colleges. The media gives it good coverage, compete with students drinking, dancing and going wild. Parents then tell their student “I don’t want you going there” and college administrators get to say “It’s not that bad,” or “We’re taking steps to correct it.”   Students, for the most part, don’t really pay attention to it.
